Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (5 Oakbrook Court, Oak Brook) is introducing a new off-the-menu appetizer, the Green Tartare – available for a limited time beginning this August. This dish joins two other vegetarian offerings on Perry’s menu, the Mushroom Cauliflower Risotto, $12 and the Spaghetti Squash Primavera, $26 (also available Vegan).

 Green Tartare is a vegan option featuring fresh zucchini, asparagus and cucumber with an avocado pistachio mousse, and served with cauliflower tortilla chips for just $14.
