This August 15th, Julia Child would be celebrating her 107th birthday. In honor of the chef who is celebrated for bringing French cuisine to the American masses with her cookbook, Mastering The Art of French Cooking, Chef Greg Biggers of Margeaux Brasserie has curated a special pre-fixe menu of Julia Child inspired dishes for this special evening.

Beginning at 5:30pm, Julia Child fans and lovers of French fare will be offered 3-courses of speciality dishes like Moules A La Provencale and satisfy their sweet tooth with Gateau A L’orange.

In addition to the evenings specials, a portion of the evenings proceeds will be donated to the Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts in honor of Julia’s birthday.

The dinner is $55 per person and reservations can be made here.
