Cheers to the start of a new year! III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will kick off 2019 with two new whiskey cocktails. The unique “Stamp of Approval” libations, launching on January 2, are poured over an oversized ice cube stamped with the III Forks logo. Guaranteed to make a lasting impression, the cocktails include: Hye & Dry (Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Dry Vermouth, Cointreau and Peychaud’s Bitters chilled and served over a III Forks stamped cube, $14); and Old Fashioned (Woodford Reserve, simple syrup and Peychaud’s, chilled and served over a III Forks stamped cube, $13).
Pair your cocktails with III Forks’ superb steakhouse fare, featuring starters (ahi tuna; crab cake; lamb meatballs), USDA prime steaks (bone in ribeye; New York strip; filet mignon; tomahawk ribeye), seafood (cold water lobster tail; Chilean sea bass; Atlantic salmon; scallops), local favorites (roasted chicken; braised short rib; vegetable ravioli; prime double-cut pork chop) and sides (fried brussels sprouts; lobster mac and cheese; six cheese potatoes).
